Marantz Blu-ray Player Reviews

Marantz BD5004 Review – The Marantz BD5004 is a great player with excellent build quality. Although it may not load movies as fast as those newer players from Oppo, Sony and Samsung, it packs enough quality in video and audio performance to satisfy even the most ardent home theater enthusiast. It also sounds good as a CD player too, something that we cannot vouch for most other blu-ray players out there.

Marantz BD7004 Review – The design of the Marantz BD7004 universal disc player closely resembles its entry-level cousin, the BD5004. It is fully made of aluminum, which is new to the lineup and sports a reinforced resin front panel and a center mount drawer. The chassis has been redefined as well to help reduce vibration.

Marantz UD8004 Review – Marantz also keeps the center of the UD 8004 minimalistic just like the other models where the “Open” and “Pause” button are left of the centered tray while the “Play” and “Stop” buttons are found on the opposite end. Six other buttons are found on both sides of the info panel including the seek buttons found on the right side along with familiar functions normally found in Marantz models like the “Sound Mode” and “Pure Direct” buttons on the left side.

Marantz UD9004 Review – The Marantz UD9004 Blu-ray player meets the demand with quality making the high price tag worth it when comparing it with a bundle of different players just to handle the job that the UD9004 does.
